The Iraqi Research and Analysis Research Foundation (IRFAD) is a development consultancy, one of the most active civil society organizations in Iraq, whose activities are focused on expanding local democracy and enhancing the effectiveness of local and regional governance. The organization’s experience comes from its full knowledge of the Iraqi political, social and economic realities. This knowledge is derived from our members represented in all 18 Iraqi governors, who come from different religious, sectarian and social backgrounds representing the diverse Iraqi spectrum.
