IRFAD Chairman

Sarmad currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of IRFAD, Sarmad manages the meetings of the General Assembly and the Board of Directors meetings
He is responsible for representing IRFAD with others, and he is responsible for signing agreements and contracts,
Also Sarmad represents the Swedish organization SKL International in Iraq. Skl International is the international development branch of the Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Salar Regions. A member organization of all the municipalities of Sweden and the provincial and district councils,

Saad has a great and Extensive experience in his field, It is difficult for us to limit his experience in simple words here,
He is almost the best at the country level
